The location is superb. You got all you want by simply walking. coffee shops, supermarket, convenient stores, local sari-sari stores, restaurants,laundry shop, bars, cake shop. A prime location for a town like Los Banos. Checked out 3 other hotel/resort to stay, rate are almost the same but the facilities kinda old and size of the area are smaller than Centrro Residences. Plus the staff are very welcoming.

Location: easy access to supermarket, food stalls / restaurants, main road, appliance center, campus, transportation, free parking at the lower open back lot, spacious rooms (cold AC, wide cable TV, mini-fridge) & complete amenities, accommodating staff esp Ms Dories (the property manager), Saturday night live band

Location: superb, near to establishments! Room: spacious/big and comfy, clean, big cable TV lots of channels, AC is cool Parking: ample space, free, guarded Staff: most accommodating and friendly especially Ms Dories (the hotel manager)
